2025 GLMS Registration open

The Great Lakes Microscopy Society (formerly the Michigan Microscopy and Microanalysis Society) is a local affiliated society of the Microscopy Society of America and the Microanalysis Society. We encourage all students, faculty, and staff to join some of our CAM team at the GLMS meeting this upcoming Oct. 7th.  See the info below from our friends at the U of M MC2 facility who are hosting the event:

We are happy to share that the Great Lakes Microscopy Society (GLMS), formerly Michigan Microscopy and Microanalysis Society (MMMS), is hosting its 2025 annual meeting on October 7, 2025, at University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. The society has recently been reformed and the meeting is open for registration now. 
 
This event will be co-hosted by the Michigan Center for Materials Characterization, and will bring together experts and enthusiasts in microscopy to exchange knowledge, highlight the latest advancements, and connect with peers. The meeting includes platform presentations, poster presentations, vendor talks and exhibits. Highlights include talks from distinguished invited speakers in the physical and life sciences, along with opportunities to win platform awards, poster awards, and student travel awards.
